Self-evaluation is a powerful tool that can drive personal and professional growth. It requires introspection, honesty, and a commitment to improvement. Drawing from my own experiences, particularly my journey in overcoming public speaking challenges, I’ll share five essential steps for effective self-evaluation.

I learned that the breathing issues I experienced were actually linked to a physical condition, and once I understood that, I could focus on adjusting my speaking technique.

Today, I teach classes and genuinely love it, something I never thought possible during my early struggles with public speaking.
